What we can and can't change
Some facts, license status, classifications, bond, come straight from the CSLB and can only change at the source, so the most reliable fix for those is to update your official record with the CSLB. Display problems, mismatches, or stale information on our side, we can review and correct directly.
Neutral by policy
Profiles are a neutral summary of public records, not a rating or endorsement, and we accept no payment for placement. Claiming costs nothing and doesn't change where or how prominently you appear. Once your record is right, generate a verified badge for your own site.

We may email the address you provide to confirm you control the business before making changes. Submitting does not instantly edit the public record; it goes to a review queue.
